Scott Vitrone is the Founding Partner/Executive Creative Director of Pablo New York.

From the start of his career Scott has solved communication problems with fearless creativity. Scott’s first ever “professional” ad won a Gold Lion at the Cannes International Advertising Festival, he’s gone on to win that award, along with every other industry award, multiple times – including three Emmys.

While a Creative Director at TBWA/CHIAT/DAY NY, Scott and his partner created the famous Skittles Campaign. This campaign, a campaign that’s still running today, became an industry and cultural phenomenon. During that time Scott also led the creation of the "Little Lad" character for Starburst Berries and Cream. Years later, this bit of advertising was adopted by the TikTok community and became the most viewed content on the platform with over 4.8 billion views.

As the CCO of Y&R NY, a world class creative department was built from the ground up. In under two years Scott took that office from being ranked #111th to #2 in the world at Cannes. The Y&R Creative Department became a training ground for many of today’s creative leaders.

As the ECD of Wieden+Kennedy NY, Scott led the office and creation of the iconic “Whatever’s Comfortable” campaign for Southern Comfort. Along with winning that office’s first piece of new business since its founding, Scott helped give W+K NY its creative voice and distinguished it from the famous Portland office.

Along with creating and leading young talent to great work, Scott has a consistent track record of giving agencies and brands who have lost their way, or never had a way their creative voice. He’s built departments and reputations. Six years ago Scott joined a little known agency called Figliulo and Partners. The agency had been in business for four years and hadn’t made its mark yet. After joining as a Partner and CCO, Scott led a rebrand and built the shop’s creative reputation. Coinciding with Scott’s arrival, FIG has been on AdAge's Agency A-List five years in a row.
