Having worked at multiple studios in London, including GBH, DesignStudio and Mother Design, Sam made a big move to the rolling hills of Somerset and has set up Villagers Studio.
Villagers is a design studio with a goal to bring joy to the full branding journey. Working with global brands and independent thinkers, across a wide range of sectors, it thrives through a broad and diverse approach.
The name embodies the attitude to work, encouraging remote working, and building villages of people bespoke for each project, from designers, strategists, typographers, illustrators, animators, photographers and developers to create engaging, brave and surprising results.
A past winner of the D&AD New Blood Black Pencil and co-founder of the ME & EU postcard series, he loves design that goes beyond the expected and stands for something truly important.
