One of the most respected, awarded, and admired leaders in Latin American communications industry and one of the few creatives who still lead an agency business, Erh Ray launched BETC in São Paulo ten years ago.

An expressive creative leader, responsible for many memorable campaigns along his more than 30-year career, Erh has been responsible for consolidating a strong leadership and diverse and multidisciplinary teams at his agency. A Havas Global Creative Council member, in late 2022 became Chairman and revamped Havas Latam Creative Council. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of Conar (National Advertising Regulatory Council).

Overseeing more than 500 people and offices in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Florianopolis, he made BETC HAVAS the leader in media investment among full service agencies that operate under a single banner in the country, according to Cenp-Meios and one of the "Best Companies for LGBTQIA+ People to Work For" by the ranking organized by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation in 2024.
