Let’s get the name out of the way. You were probably wondering ‘ how do I pronounce his name’? So my name is pronounced Chaba, its a hungarian name, and according to the legend, this was the name of the first son of Attila the Hun. Kind of cool I know.
Now that I got your full attention, I’ll tell you my short story.
When it comes to design I follow a very simple but powerful idea.
I colour outside the lines on purpose.
I studied marketing but I quickly realised I’m more interested in brands and why do people decide to buy a certain product from a certain brand. Why things look like they do, why is the packaging a certain colour or an advertisement has certain graphics. So I decided to learn everything about graphic design I need, to be able to create work that matters.
The last couple of years I’ve been working as a freelance designer helping small business visually communicate their ideas.
I’m always pushing the boundaries and stretching the norms of what we are being told we can do. We can do much more…
I do believe design has the power to change things for the better, and I’ll continue to pursue those changes.
