Emilie Walmsley started her career at MTV in London as an intern where she worked her way up to a producer role. After a brief stint in 2D animation with the studio Espresso, she then joined Passion Pictures animation studios.
Based first in London, Passion Pictures brought Emilie to Paris where she would produce music videos for celebrated artists such as Gorillaz and Coldplay. She also worked on a variety of commercial campaigns for prestigious clients including Coca-Cola, Kia, and Sony.
Emilie would develop Passion’s relationships with videogame publishers, resulting in cinematics for EA Games, Riot Games, and Deep Silver. Meanwhile, her expertise was consulted for longer format pieces for both Marvel and Cartoon Network.
Since joining Eddy, Emilie has helmed the animation department to develop both its production infrastructure and roster of directors.
Under Emilie’s guidance, Eddy Animation continues to flourish with a growing team of producers and directors united under the common goal of creating new visual universes and experiences.
