Gilvana Viana has a leadership role in her journey that seeks more black protagonism. From the interior of Bahia, the economist has already walked between commercial areas of image producers. Today she is CEO of Punks S/A (provider and licensor of musical content) and MugShot (producer and creative studio of soundtracks for artists and brands), as well as being co-creator and executive producer of the Mano a Mano podcast, as well as co-founder of the platform focused on black culture Casa Black. GIlvana is also the winner of several national and international awards, such as the Cannes Festival and the Creation Club, among others.
