Millicent began her career as a D&AD Student Pencil Winner and Cannes Young Lion, before landing at at Wieden Kennedy Portland as a writer via New Zealand and Sydney. Her multi-awarded career includes recognition at Cannes, One Show, AWARD, Effies and being nominated for B&T Women In Media Awards.
In between she completed her post graduate in directing at AFTRS where her graduating short film ‘The Familiars’ was an award nominee at St Kilda Film Festival, and selected at international festivals including Rhode Island.
She is now a writer and film director at The Glue Society an internationally renowned art & directing collective based in Sydney, being nominated for emerging director of the year at the Special AWARDS in 2022.
