Since 2022 Isabella Giorgio is a project manager for Sightsavers, an NGO working to prevent avoidable blindness, fight debilitating diseases and promote equality for people with disabilities.
Her focus is on social behaviour change and inclusive design, which she applied to several projects in Central, Eastern and Western Africa.
Her previous experience saw her working on UK-wide health and social projects in collaboration with British libraries and publishers. She is passionate about accessibility, women’s rights and equal access to healthcare for all.
