Micha Nicheva is a Senior Service & Product Design Consultant at Made by Many. She works across Insight, Strategy and Experience Design to create lasting large scale change in organisations and communities. At the core of her work is a genuine curiosity for the quirks of human behaviour and how they shape society.
Some of her recent work includes the multi-award winning Digital Transformation of the Metropolitan Police as well as a range of projects with the MTA in New York, The World Economic Forum, Transport for London, Crossrail, BlackRock, Lloyds Banking Group, SilverRail among others.
Outside of work, Micha is a member of Tech for Good, a UXPA mentor and an advocate for accessibility. She's a compulsive book buyer, a wannabe cyclist and is slowly building a small jungle in her living room.
