Bart Mol

Bart made his first steps into advertising in 2005 as a designer at Tribal DDB Amsterdam. From here he moved to the position of art director. In 2010 Bart teamed up with Pol Hoenderboom, a copywriter, and they have been partners in crime ever since.
At DDB & Tribal Amsterdam, Bart has worked on global clients including Heineken, adidas, KLM, Philips, TomTom and Volkswagen. Dutch brands include Centraal Beheer Achmea, Audi, NS and Ziggo.
In the last three years Bart and Pol won over 175 awards and certificates at all major award shows including Cannes, D&AD, ADCN, One Show, Clio, Webby, Eurobest, etc. In 2012 they were ranked most awarded creatives in the Netherlands and have been in the top 3 ever since. In 2014 their adidas campaign ‘Nitrocharge Your Game’ was voted Best Website in the World, which was a Dutch first.
November 2012 Bart and Pol were promoted to Creative Director, joining forces with DDB & Tribal Amsterdam Executive Creative Directors Joris Kuijpers, Dylan de Backer. They led the agency to 2x (digital and SAN) agency of the year in 2014.
