Nancy Croix

Nancy Croix is the former Brand Director for Lays Europe and ex-Managing Director/ Founder of PepsiCo's in-house creative and media agency, Sips & Bites. With over five years at PepsiCo, she has been instrumental in establishing growth for the Lays brand and elevating the creative output across PepsiCo's portfolio of brands.

Prior to her tenure at PepsiCo, Nancy held significant roles at Danone, Alpro and Sony, where she oversaw Agency Relations, Digital Advertising, Experiential Marketing, and led in-house digital and media agencies.

Her work has been recognized in the industry, with campaigns under her leadership earning accolades, including Cannes Lions Awards.
