Bill chan

Bill Chan is the Chief Creative Officer at JWT Shanghai.
He was born and educated in Hong Kong and came to China since 2000.
Besides advertising creative, Bill has some other interests as well.
He did attend a short course of fashion design in Central Saint Martins and once was a part-time lecturer in Shanghai Normal University.
He is famous of telling bad jokes.
