Tjaša is an experienced multidisciplinary designer, passionate book cover designer, UX designer & researcher, product designer, with many years of experience working for digital and print products in UK, Slovenia and Switzerland.
She holds a master in Graphic and Interactive Communications from University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, completed with studies from Bern University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland. Tjaša received a special Faculty student award for her thesis. After years of freelancing on various different projects in Slovenia Tjaša moved to London where she worked as a book cover designer for Palgrave Macmillan and currently designing covers at Bloomsbury. Tjaša was a speaker at various Conferences & Symposiums, she published several scientific articles and exhibited her work at exhibitions including 23th Bio of Design (2012, Ljubljana). In 2019 she was shortlisted for the ABCD book cover award for nonfiction covers.
