Phie McKenzie - Founder & CEO of Creative Ally
Phie McKenzie is the Founder of Creative Ally, a talent agency and consultancy designed for creators and brands driven by purpose and progression. Phie is also the co-creator of Clwb Creative Cymru - a community event series designed to amplify the voices of Welsh creatives on a global stage
With a decade of experience in the digital and entertainment industries, she has held prominent roles, including Head of Communications at Studio71UK/Moxie and Editor of Notion magazine, and has been a consultant strategist for cutting-edge brands and agencies.
She has been part of several award-winning teams, including Moxie, which won ‘Best Agency for New Talent’ at the New Voice Awards twice and a British Podcast Award for the ComeCurious-fronted podcast ‘F*cks Given’. Last year, Phie was included in BIMA’s BIMA100 Class of 2024 within the Strategists & Consultants category and her company Creative Ally was shortlisted for Boutique Talent Agency of the Year at the bCreator Awards.
Phie launched Creative Ally in 2022 and now specialises in working with credible creators and brands who are passionate about social and environmental causes. She manages a select roster of authentic talent interested in furthering conversations on topics such as sustainability, diversity in the workplace, gender equality and mental health.
Phie is passionate about helping compassionate people level up, and harness their superpowers to create content that sparks conversation and leads to meaningful societal change. In March 2025, Clwb Creative Cymru held their first cultural exhibition, Refresh/Retold at Shoreditch Arts Club to showcase a new narrative of Welsh creativity.
