I'm Oriana Gaeta, award-winning Design Director working at Made Thought.
My experience spans from creating digital experiences, design systems and installations to brand identities and visual languages, for clients such as Nike, Adidas, Chanel, IKEA, Google and Moncler among others.
I have worked on R/GA’s Venture Studio program, helping forward-thinking, sustainability-oriented start-ups shape their ideas and bring them to life.
I'm a detail obsessed, design and new technologies lover, a strong advocate of inclusion and gender equality and I was actively involved in R/GA’s own WomanUp initiative, which I helped redefine the brand identity for. I’m currently mentoring and organising initiatives for the empowerment of young women and non-binary creatives.
My work has been recognised by multiple industry awards of the likes of the Cannes Lions, Red Dot, D&AD, OneShow and more.
I've been a speaker at design conferences of the likes of OFFF Italia and I've been part of the jury panel of 2020 and 2023 ADC Awards, TheFWA and Digital Design Awards since 2016.
In 2020 I've been recognised as one of Pitch 100 Superpeople, and in 2022 as one of Campaign Magazine UK and Creative Equals ' 30 Future Leaders.
