Paolo is the award-winning Executive Creative Director of Interbrand in Italy and is responsible for the creative output. From the initial strategic thinking, through concept and design development, Paolo challenges design teams in Italy and in the network to find the most appropriate solutions to grow businesses through branding.
Paolo's twenty years of working experience encompass multidisciplinary branding projects for a broad range of industries, both in the Italian and international markets. Working with multiple teams and colleagues internationally, he envisions and delivers the experience, expression, and storytelling that define brands.
Key corporate branding projects include Prysmian, DSM-Firmenich, Argea, Juventus, Courmayeur (destination branding), Ferrari, Sisal, TIM, Moleskine Café, Piaggio Group, Vespa, BPER Banca (banking), CartaSi (banking), and Costa Crociere.
Key consumer branding projects include P&G (Bolt, Dash, Eukanuba), major Italian and international food brands (Lavazza, Ferrero, Nostromo, Grana Padano), and most of the Philip Morris brands available in Italy (Merit, Philip Morris, L&M, Chesterfield).
Before joining Interbrand, Paolo spent ten years working for Landor Associates. While at Landor, Paolo was involved in several cross-office branding projects, visiting the Dubai, Paris, London, and New York branches of the network. Before joining Landor, he worked for three years as a freelancer in interaction design projects, working for Credit Suisse, Bank for International Settlements, Barco, and others.
Paolo holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Design from Politecnico di Milano, where he concentrated on interaction design and communication.
