In her capacity as CEO of Havas Media Group and Chief Growth Officer of SEA & North Asia of Havas Group in Singapore, Jacqui Lim leads the media operations while championing the integrated offerings of Havas Village Singapore - an organisational structure that brings together all communication disciplines across data, media, digital, creative, social media and public relations under an integrated umbrella. Jacqui has also recently expanded her remit - overseeing the growth of the agency network across Southeast and North Asia.
Under her leadership, the agency brands in the group were awarded the Gold Media Agency of The Year title 11 times in a row and a Gold Specialist Agency of The Year award across multiple award shows, while also topping RECMA’s media agency rankings 6 times in a row. Havas Media also won the coveted Overall Media Usage MARKie award at the MARKies in 2022, for winning the highest number of awards for the agency's campaign work.
She's a firm believer in putting people first and making serious investments behind driving talent engagement programs. The recognition came when the agency clinched the GOLD Agency Culture of The Year and was certified as a "Great Place To Work" in 2023.
As an avid contributor to the industry and a champion of meaningful & purposeful causes, Jacqui was now one of the key members of the Vivendi Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) committee in 2019 & 2020. She also served as an Executive Council Member in the role of Honorary Secretary & Treasurer, in industry associations like the Institute of Advertising Singapore (IAS) from 2016 to 2020. She was also very active as a jury member for key award shows such as D&AD (Media Jury) in 2019, Spikes Asia 2022, Yahoo Asia Big Idea Chair Awards 2021 and was also the Chairperson for the Hall of Fame Awards 2018.
As a champion of inclusivity and empathetic leadership, she uses her personal time to lead and drive agenda relating to empowering females in the industry and giving back in meaningful ways to the society.
