In his talk at New Blood Festival Cash in Cash out: Creating award winning CG, Greg McKneally, Co-Head of CG, at Electric Theatre Collective shows us how his team transformed their creative process over the years in order to finally get their hands on one of the toughest awards in industry, a D&AD Black Pencil.
“It's a tricky industry and there will be things we all have to overcome as we go forward. There'll be knocks to our ego. There'll be moments where it doesn't quite work out according to our plan, and there will be moments when it really will and you should have faith in yourself, have compassion for yourself, and then you'll be able to leap ahead when the moment comes,” says McKneally.
