That's what Dan Goods' team at NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab seeks to answer. By drawing examples from projects such as "HI JUNO" and the Orbit Pavillion, he illustrates through complex problems and elaborate ideas, and ultimately apply their findings in creative ways, from data visualisation projects and art installations to posters and apps.
