O.O.O for the Planet
Join the global climate strikes this September
On 20 September D&AD will close its doors and go O.O.O for the Planet.
In order to show our solidarity with the industry and our stance on the climate crisis, D&AD will be taking part in the Global Climate Strike and shutting down for the entirety of the day to allow D&AD employees the opportunity to take the time to join the strike on 20 September and make something that amplifies the climate emergency message.
"The Global Climate Strike is organised by Greta Thunberg and thousands of youth organisations around the world. It will see millions of young people out on the street, demanding an end to the age of fossil fuels and climate justice for all. These are the most important voices in the world today, and they have asked the adults to support them.
We, along with a host of leaders in the creative industries, believe that creativity has the power to make a positive change and that it is our duty to use our creative talents and resources to help mitigate the climate and ecological crisis." - Create and Strike
