The official draws for the UEFA's European football championships attract millions of eyeballs all across the globe. The challenge is that you can’t tell where they are happening. With Hamburg hosting the final draw event, our client wanted to use the media attention to promote Hamburg. Hamburg is home to one of the biggest container ports in the world, just opposite the prestigious Elbphilharmonie, where the UEFA held their draw. So, whilst inside teams were drawn, outside port workers rebuilt the draw with shipping containers, creating a stunning image that was live streamed into the world.
