The second edition of the prestigious Tales of The Macallan series: a collection that tells the story of The Macallan pioneers and the defining moments that have shaped our story. Distilled in 1949 and bottled in 2022, this exemplary whisky has been selected at the pinnacle of its maturation, and it revolves around the story of Alexander Reid, the founder of the distillery way back in 1824. It’s encased in a bespoke, hand-crafted Lalique crystal decanter that showcases etchings of Andrew Davidson's illustrations, while the accompanying tome features illustrated chapters by the artist.
