Outcare v2
Shortlist / Pharma / Innovation / 2024
For electrodependent children, life is often confined within four walls. To provide these children interaction with peers and family outings, we created Outcare: an independent station that offers mobility for electro-dependent children to enjoy outdoor activities. The compartments are designed to safely store each device, and the battery is selected to provide a minimum of 12 hours of operation. Fifty children received their Outcare and are participating in a clinical study to evaluate the device and the outdoor experience in improving the quality of life of electrodependent patients.
