Brazil has the distinction of being the country with the highest number of murders of transgender women in the world. To avoid violence, transgender women often resort to hiding their genitals, minimizing their visibility to potential aggressors. However, due to their underemployment status, over 90% of these women lack access to safe methods of achieving these practices.
In collaboration with the transgender community and medical institutions, we developed the world's first funnel shaped lingerie to alleviate the adverse health effects from this practice.
