Finding a place to call home in London is no easy feat. Tricky landlords, unaffordable rents and a lack of quality make settling down in the city a real struggle. As an alternative, Ark builds homely, consciously designed, well-connected co-living spaces.
To launch its first location in Wembley, we worked with Ark to create a brand that feels welcoming and supportive. The result is a recognisable, yet flexible visual system inspired by the brand name. Based on a semi-circular form which can be referenced in subtle ways to ensure the interiors always feel like home. Never overly branded.
