Winebasket

Our client briefed us on a premium large format brand using classic Italian varietals. The wines were sourced in small parcels from traditional growers using a slower, more gentle and rustic European style of winemaking. The name Winebasket reflects both the generosity of the two-litre bottle size and the hand-made nature of the wines. In earlier days, Italian wine was wrapped in raffia to protect the bottles. The branding is deliberately paired back and simple in terms of typographic and colour treatments, in line with the brand proposition.
