Everyone should know Heineken by now. But the truth is, people don’t really know Heineken. For the past 150 years, they have been misspelling our brand, mistaking it for a German beer, calling it Hineken, Haneken, or Heneken, drinking our beer with a straw, just to name a few.
If after 150 years this is how people enjoy Heineken, then for our 150th anniversary we made it easier for them to enjoy it.
So we turned people’s mistakes into a global celebration. Because in the end, what matters to us is that they are having a good time with us. One way or another.
