Maolung Sauce Garden is a brand-new brand focusing on high-end handmade soy sauce created by Haitian Flavor Industry, a leading condiment company in China. Maolung Sauce Garden was the earliest soy sauce garden in South China during the Qing Dynasty. It is a model of traditional brewing with a history of more than 400 years. However, with the passage of time and the impact of industrial production, this skill has gradually been forgotten. Haitian hopes to revitalize traditional cultural skills and retain the warm memories of generations by reshaping this brand.
