Los Angeles-based speciality coffee roastery Stereoscope use their platform to create unique experiences and fair relationships over low prices and standardisation in flavour, led by a notion that coffee is a living organism and not a commodity.
Inspired by the etymology and practice of Stereoscope, we looked at coffee in a larger cultural and ecological context, recognizing it as a living organism.
