Barnabus is a charity supporting people experiencing homelessness in Manchester. But a dated brand and a cost-of-living crisis meant donations were flatlining. So we overhauled its brand, highlighting what made Barnabus unique: its long-term approach, supporting individuals until they can start afresh. Everything was built on the idea ‘For the journey off the streets’, from the use of perspective in the logo, to the compassionate, glass-half-full tone of voice. We turned a small, local charity into a brand that was ready to lead the way in ending homelessness in Manchester.
