At a time when people were cutting back on spending, Cadbury wanted to help them find a new way to show others that they care. VCCP created The Cadbury Secret Santa Postal Service, which turned posters into postal services. People could send free chocolate, in secret, from a digital poster. Just find one, scan the code, and the postie helped you send it. There were over 200 digital posters around the country. For towns without digital screens, printed posters were turned into postal services using augmented reality. Over 150,000 chocolate bars were sent in secret, making over 150,000 people feel a bit special.
