Sedir is a home cook who publishes his recipes on Instagram. His debut cookbook Processen (The Process) picks up where his Instagram leaves off, without an introduction and with the first recipe shown immediately on the cover. The colophon, table of contents, and texts are relegated to the middle spread. The book is kitchen-proof thanks to its high-gloss coated paper and protective plastic cover. The book was released in an unconventional way: a pop-up restaurant serving dishes from the cookbook and a pop-up grocery store with vegetables and products linked to the book’s recipes.
