When Serie A football sides Empoli and Spezia played one other in April 2022, they were joined by a 3D animated Jack Russell, which was displayed on LED hoardings along the length of the pitch. During the match, the animated dog appeared to chase the ball as it was kicked around the pitch, driving awareness of Ultima Mini – a pet food range designed for small dogs full of energy.
