In the UAE, furniture prices rose in line with the country’s inflation rate. So IKEA created Inflation-Proof Products: a selection of 80 of its most iconic items, whose prices remained unchanged, unlike its competitors. IKEA promoted the range by comparing the prices of those products in the past with today's prices, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to affordability, even in hard times.
