Parents who smoke in cars think that opening the window will remove any danger of passive smoking for their child in the back seat. The reality is that 80% of smoke is invisible, and there is no safe level of second-hand smoke for children. Just because you can’t see smoke in the car, it doesn’t mean it’s not there.
