In South Africa, child pregnancy is a huge issue. Between April 2020-2021, 934 girls between 10-14 years old gave birth in one province alone. The statistics are reported, but nothing is ever done. To change this, Amnesty International partnered with the leading women’s magazine True Love to confronting South Africans with the reality of child pregnancy. The campaign earned a media reach of over 15 million, and achieved a ROI of 100:1.
