With every other brand dropping a fashion collab, Heinz wondered if it needed a clothing line of its own. But Heinz has been on clothes for over 150 years. So instead of creating more branded fast fashion, Heinz partnered with thredUP, the world’s largest online thrifting platform, to curate a collection of Heinz-stained clothes from fashion’s biggest brands. Heinz stains were turned into a fashion statement to create the biggest unauthorised brand collab ever, featuring Heinz-stained items from Gucci, Nike, Dior, and more – all while encouraging people to get more life out of used clothes.
