Over half of Figma’s users sit outside typical design roles. The platform is built for the entire design value chain, emphasising ‘multiplayer mode’, low learning curves, and an end-to-end experience. COLLINS created an identity system and campaign that positioned Figma as fundamentally different to would-be competitors like Adobe. Whereas Adobe offers a ‘design software tool’, Figma is a ‘lifecycle collaboration platform’.
