BYJU'S is all about teachers. In fact, the ed-tech company is named after one. During the pandemic, children and parents made headlines as they struggled to adapt to online classes. But the challenges facing teachers went unnoticed, from the changes they had to adopt, to the practices they had to learn and unlearn. The film Master Ji hoped to change this. Released on Teachers' Day – the day India celebrates its teachers – the film made people realise the things teachers had to go through, and they completely changed their perspective on teachers and online classes.
