As an unemployment crisis began to emerge, H&M launched ONE/SECOND/SUIT, an initiative based on research that showed an employer judged the competency of a job applicant within one second of meeting an employer. Men who have a job interview can borrow a suit for 24 hours free of charge, allowing them to make a powerful first impression.
