The National Gallery Singapore houses the largest collection of modern art in Southeast Asia. But people in Singapore don't often go to museums. Because locals are not coming to the gallery, the People's Gallery brought it to them. Using QR codes, it transformed 27 void decks – empty spaces beneath public housing developments where 83% of locals reside – into virtual art galleries.
