A group of creators chose their favourite colours and placed them inside balloons with detonators. By wearing a device that analyses brainwaves, it sends a signal to trigger the detonator and explode a balloon, causing paint to spray on the canvas. The colourful intersections form an abstract smiley face, which symbolises how the event welcomes friends from all over the world. It debuted at the opening ceremony of the Winter Paralympics.
