The music video for Butterflies offered an impressionistic portrait of the impact that Covid-19 had upon an entire generation, building to a transcendent climax. It channelled the frustrations of a generation of young people, whose relationships and opportunities have all been curtailed by the successive lockdowns, into a contemporary work of visual art.
