Pain affects 80% of people daily, so they reach for pills – even for minor pains. To reduce the public's dependence on medication, leading pain relief brand Nurofen transformed the pain relief category with a new kind of product. Tune Out Pain is music scientifically engineered to help manage smaller pains. Made collaboratively with University College Dublin and a musician, it’s the first piece of music composed pharmacologically, to target the brain and activate the endogenous opioids, forcing it to focus on pleasure. Clinically proven to help in 77% of cases, it’s free, safe for all and can be used anywhere.
