When we think of air, we normally think about its quality, whether it's clean or dirty, dry or humid, cold or warm. But what does air actually sound like? German Wahnsinn discovered a largely unknown instrument which had the potential to give air a voice: the Daxophone. It took the team over two years to learn how to build the instrument and ultimately make it sound right for the work. With its unusual sounds, the team transformed the air itself into the sonic branding for ADAM, a specialist provider of air hygiene safety.
