In 2020, Kanazawa High School Sumo Tournament was cancelled due to the pandemic. In 2021, after two years of disruptions, the tournament could finally take place, so a visual was required to motivate the players who lost out on those two years. Dentsu created posters starring the athletes, who were redrawn to exaggerate their size and stature. The visuals were drawn using charcoal to express the raw energy of the students.
