To get Jimmy Dean Sausage onto everyone's breakfast tables, The Egg Hijack campaign turned every egg in existence – edible or not – into a coupon for Jimmy Dean. AI was trained on how to recognise an egg, requiring scans of 10,000 different kinds of eggs. Using Snapchat and Amazon platforms, people could scan any egg, which would be immediately detected and turned into a coupon for Jimmy Dean.
