Chinese characters embody the 5,000-year history of Chinese civilisation. Great Beauty of Chinese Characters tells the story of how these characters have developed over time. The author selected 100 Chinese characters, wrote them in calligraphic zhuan and explained the historical origin and evolution of these characters. In terms of design, the book is divided into two parts: the first part is mainly text, and the second part calligraphy.
