Adger is comprised of a series of interviews and erasure poetry alongside the photographs of an octogenarian. A combination of rare printing techniques and unusual packaging helped to present the work in a unique way. The idea was to use content – from book covers to texts – that came from the artist and the artist alone. There were no titles for the photographs, nor any introductory texts by other people, allowing the book and its contents to serve as a direct communication with, and expression of, the artist.
