Despite the continuing rise in mass shooting numbers, America still lacks common sense gun laws. This is a challenging issue for Congress, mainly because each state has its own laws. Feeling that the government wasn’t acting on the subject, MullenLowe directly attacked a trait Americans are most known for: their pride for their land. Change the Ref’s Shamecards are a postcard collection designed to demand gun law reform from Congress by subverting traditional greeting cards depicting each city’s landmarks. The Shamecards instead show what US cities are becoming known for: mass shootings.
